When you book this promotional rate the whole amount of your reservation will be charged on your credit card. Rate is REFUNDABLE with a Fee (semi-Flexible). 

Full prepayment at time of reservation. Cancellation policy is as follow:

• Up to 5 days prior to stay – Full refund less Euro 50.00 admin fee.

• Within 5 days and up to 24 hours prior to stay – 20% plus Euro 50.00 admin fee.

• Within 24 hours – no refund

• Amendments are possible and subject to availability; any difference on daily room rate will be paid onsite.

• Refund processed within 30 days from request.
